Project Description:
Kenderli Resort will be a great new example for mixed use tourism development in Kazakhstan. The development will be mixed use in that it is a combination of residential, hotel, leisure, and entertainment destinations. These components will be linked by a comprehensive system of trails, greenways, and multi-modal transportation. There are several key components to this masterplan: Greenways/ Parks, Transportation, Town Centers, Canals, Hotels, Residential Developments, Golf, and a New Town for local residents.
