The Master Planning process includes site evaluation and selection, program development and evaluation, land-use planning, site planning, and conceptual site design. We have worked on master planning efforts in more than 30 countries around the world and have expertise in master planning a variety of hospitality, residential, and mixed-use destinations.

SKS Studio is also a full-service landscape architecture firm. We are able to prepare detailed design documents from concept through construction documents. In addition, we also provide on-site construction observation services. Our landscape architecture services include site planning, hardscape layout, and design, landscape design, water-features aesthetic design, site lighting design, irrigation design, site grading, and site theming design.
