PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Coastal Village will be a mixed-use community that will house all of the professional and non-professional staff for The Red Sea Development. The project consists of multiple residential communities, a central “Village Center”, Hotel, Beach clubs, Community Centers, and Executive Offices. Since the goal of this project is to create a vibrant, functioning community, it will even include schools, a hospital, and fire/police stations. The intent is to create a community that is highly interactive and employs all of the ultra eco-friendly design approaches for which the rest of The Red Sea Development will be known.
